Hello! I'm Christina Rhyser, founder of The Parental Burnout Center, and creator of The Burnout Remedy program.
After suffering through Parental Burnout myself, I know all too well how it feels to be robbed of your peace and power as a parent and as a person. The good news is – I found my way to healing and I know you can too.
The Burnout Remedy is a structured online coaching program teaching parents how to get out of burnout and stay out. The content of the program is based on both my own personal experience with healing from severe burnout, and the current research findings about the root causes of the syndrome.
